1. Special COVID-19 Virus Safeguards

1.1. The number of people allowed in the Board meeting Room, including Board members, will be limited to a maximum of 10 people.
|
|
1.2. Please refer to Pittsburg ISD main website for information on how to view board meeting.

1.3. Additionally, video monitors will be set up in various rooms of the Administration Building to view the Board meeting. No more than 10 people, depending on the room size, will be allowed in a room at any one time.
|

1.4. In-person public comments on specific agenda items will not be allowed. Instead, PISD will accept written public comments at the following email address: showell@pittsburgisd.net. Public comments will be accepted if received before the deadline contained in BED(LOCAL) and will be read to the Board of Trustees during the Board meeting.
