Superintendent Sherry Becker will review the Smart Start 2020 Plan page by page during the workshop. She will be sharing the document that is attached to this via Zoom.  After each page is reviewed, she will ask for comments/questions on that specific page first from the Board members and from the audience . 

• We ask that members of the audience who are attending by Zoom raise their hand by using this function in Zoom - or use the comment box for your questions. We will try to get to everyone's questions/comments. 
• After the Zoom audience, Superintendent Becker will ask audience members on the phone if they have questions/feedback. 

All audience members: Please remember that this work session is for the School Board to review the plan that was developed by the SISD staff. Community member input has also been incorporated into this document.  The Board will be presented with the Smart Start Plan that incorporates any changes made during the workshop for the Board Meeting.
