    1. Begin discussion regarding the Superintendent’s evaluation as required pursuant to Board Policy – Superintendent of Schools (#129);
    2. Updates from Superintendent regarding employee placed on administrative leave and potential criminal actions; and
    3. Updates from Superintendent regarding investigation related to possible financial fraud, waste and/or abuse.

11.B. Golden Elks will be held at the PVHS Cafeteria on April 22, 2025, at 9:00 AM
11.C. AVID Senior Recognition will be held at the PVMS Auditorium on April 28, 2025, at 5:30 PM
11.D. NHS Inductions will be held in the PVMS Auditorium on April 28, 2025, at 5:30 PM
11.E. Emerald Scholars will be held at Cities of Gold on May 1, 2025, at 5:30 PM
11.F. Prom will be held at Delancy Street on May 3, 2025, at 7:00 PM
11.G. Seniors Awards will be held at the Ben Lujan Gymnasium on May 5, 2025, at 5:30 PM
11.H. Athletic Award will be held on May 12, 2025, at the Ben Lujan Gymnasium at 5:30 PM

11.L. Graduation Rehearsal will be at 10:00 am, Senior Barbecue at 12:00 PM, and Senior Sunset at 7:00 PM. They will all take place on May 16, 2025
11.M. Senior Graduation will be in the Ben Lujan Gymnasium on May 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM
