III.A. Consider adjournment to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(c), (f), and (g) to consider employment of a public employee, to discuss personal histories of specific individuals where discussion may have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the individual, and to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation on discrimination matters in which it is involved or is likely to become involved.  Specifically, the Board will discuss and consider a pending personnel matter and related appeals and independent investigation.  The Board may take action in closed session as appropriate.
III.B. Reconvene in Open Session, to take further action if necessary and appropriate.
