Approval of a Proxy Execution requested by the North Alamo Water Supply Corporation.  Unopposed Candidates declared Elected.

To provide professional services to the Issuer in the capacity of Municipal Advisor.  The Agreement shall apply to any and all evidence of indebtedness or debt obligations that may be authorized and issued or otherwise created, defensed, tendered, refunded or assumed by the Issuer (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Debt Instruments") from time to time during this Agreement shall be effective.

Donna ISD wishes to exercise the first of the two (2) extension options as stated in the original bid.

Donna ISD seeks to auction off surplus portable buildings in order to upgrade district infrastructure and improve overall campus efficiency.  The sale of these portables will help reduce ongoing maintenance and repair costs, minimize liability concerns, and allow the district to allocate resources toward permanent facility improvements that better support student learning and long-term operational needs.

Donna ISD will be donating two (2) portable buildings to Yaqui Animal Rescue to support the establishment of a Spay, Neuter, Vaccine, and Microchip Clinic.

The purpose of this MOU is to establish a collaborative partnership focused on leadership development, professional growth, and organizational effectiveness in alignment with district goals and student success initiatives.  Participation in the School Leadership Blueprint program will provide structured support, research-based leadership practices, and capacity-building opportunities for district leaders.

Expose students to professional performance environments, allowing them to see how music, sound design, and live entertainment operate at an elite level.  The students see how music is integrated into parades, stage shows, cinematic attractions, and immersive experiences, giving band and choir students insight into career pathways in music performance, audio engineering, composition, and entertainment protection.

One Touch screens are needed for classroom instruction and currently there are 183 outdated/obsolete boards that need to be replaced. This purchase is a part of the 5 year refresh plan Donna ISD has in place. 

Senate Bill 13 requires the review and board approval of library materials procurement list prior to purchasing library materials. The proposed procurement list was posted in the Donna ISD website for 30 days for public viewing and comment prior to board approval as per Senate Bill 13 requirements. See attached proposed procurement list.

In accordance with district policy, all donations to Donna ISD require Board approval.  The funds will be used to enhance and support the Donna North Animal Science Program.

Approval of these High School Affiliation Agreements (MOU) will allow Donna North High School Medical Assistant Program students to participate in clinical learning experiences, supporting hands-on training and career readiness.

Approval of these High School Affiliation Agreements (MOU) will allow Donna High School Dental Assistant Program students to participate in clinical learning experiences, supporting hands-on training and career readiness.

Approval is requested to authorize students enrolled in the Donna North High School Veterinary Science Program to formally present their student-led veterinary workforce and access-to-care initiatives at a national professional veterinary conference attended by licensed veterinarians, veterinary specialists, veterinary technicians, and post-secondary institutions.

HOPE for Small Farm Sustainability will deliver the program:  Starting Young on the Path to Health, Wealth and Wellbeing, a hands-on educational program focused on fostering an entrepreneurial mindset through growing , learning the nutritional benefits, and equipping youth aged 9–14 with skills on how to build and grow a business.  The district will provide access to a classroom, restrooms, and designated common areas, as well as outdoor spaces.

As per policy BE (Local) the written minutes of all meetings shall be approved by vote of the board and signed by the Board President and the Board Secretary.
