V.B.a. Approve Certification of Provision of Instructional Materials 25-26
V.B.b. Approve MOU between Donna ISD and Little Braves Child Care Center will partner up to provide educational services to 3 and 4 years olds attending the day care and will dual enroll in Donna ISD.
V.B.c. Approve MOU between Donna ISD and Southern Littles Academy (MOU) will partner up to provide educational services to 3 and 4 years olds attending the day care and will dual enroll in Donna ISD.
V.B.d. Approve MOU between Donna ISD and Hidalgo County Head Start; Hidalgo County Head Start will move into the building of B. G. Guzman and will assume all facility costs such as electricity, water, etc.
V.B.e. Approval of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the County of Hidalgo, Texas by and through its Hidalgo County Juvenile Board ad Donna Independent School District for the 2025-2026 school year for a fee outlined in the MOU for the use for the Juvenile Justice Alternative Program.
V.B.f. Approval of Netsync as a vendor for district-wide switch installation, configuration and upgrades. 
V.B.g. Approval of Bytespeed for internet services for 98 school buses.
