Continue to build an SEL-focused foundation for sustainable transformation on selected campuses.  CKH is an immersive, participatory experience for teachers and administrators to learn and practice skills they will use and model in their classrooms/schools, such as: How to build meaningful, productive relationships with every student; How to use the EXCEL Teaching Model to create a safe, effective, environment for learning; How to develop self-managing, high-performing classrooms using team building skills and a social contract; Techniques for dealing with conflict, negative behavior, and disrespect issues.

Approval is requested to increase the number of workdays for Speech Language Pathologist, Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, (COTA) - Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, in order to be in compliance with meeting students' needs during the entire school year. Increase the number of workdays from 182 to 187 for the following positions:  Speech Language Pathologist, Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, (COTA) - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Approval is requested to increase the number of workdays for COVID Nurse and LVN from 187 to 221 in order to meet the district's COVID-19 testing needs for students and staff during summer programs.

Approval to add Curriculum Coordinator under AP PG3 (Math Director will be closed and PCN will be refurbished for this position.) 

Attendance Recruitment Officer - CS PG5 will be added to the Compensation Plan. (Rationale:  This position is needed to support campuses with efforts to address attendance concerns in addition to recruiting students back to the district.)
