The footnotes and Cross References are updated in response to 105 ILCS 5/2-3.182, added by P.A. 102-413, requiring districts to adopt or update by 8-17-22 an anaphylaxis policy addressing prevention of and response to anaphylaxis in accordance with ISBE’s model policy, titled Anaphylaxis Response Policy for Illinois Schools. Other continuous improvement updates are also made to the footnotes.
