4.6.2  Policy 2:260 - Uniform Grievance Procedure - Legal references, cross references, and footnotes are updated to Title IX regulations and to explicitly direct any sexual harassment complaints involving Title IX.
4.6.3.   Policy 2:260 - AP2 - Nondiscrimination Coordinator and Complaint Manager - Procedure updated to reference all relevant PRM policies

 4.6.4.   Policy 2:265 - Title IX Sexual Harassment Grievance Procedure - NEW policy created to facilitate implementation of Title IX regulations, which require districts to take a number of actions to respond to reports of sexual harassment in the education program or activity.
