Description:
On June 2, 2022, we received proposals for the "Ocean Aero-Shed 53 Renovations". The purpose of this project is to procure a design-build (DB) team to provide construction drawings and specifications and complete the construction work for the Ocean Aero-Shed 53 Renovations project. A total of two (2) proposals were received. The proposals have been reviewed and scored by the Evaluation Committee. Based upon review of all submittals, the Committee recommends that the contract be awarded to AnderCorp, LLC for the work of the Ocean Aero-Shed 53 Renovations project for an amount not to exceed $5,989,720.00.
