Amy will share an update on each of the Summer 2023 Projects

II.A.1. MacArthur Phase 2 - HVAC
|

Description:
Amy will update the committee on the HVAC work. A log of deductions against the allowance amount has been attached. Project is on track for substantial completion by August 7, 2023 with commissioning to take place the week of 8/7/2023.

II.A.2. Sullivan Plumbing
|
|
|
Description:
The tile demo was completed this week and the vapor barrier was applied on 7/28. Following some unanticipated tile delays, we have selected an alternate tile for the classroom. Temporary carpet tile will be laid in the hallway until mid-late August. All classrooms will be cleaned and ready for teacher and student use by 8/7.

II.A.3. Eisenhower Projector & Whiteboard Replacements

|
Description:
Following board demo and recycling, all walls have been restored and painted. New boards have been hung. projector wiring has been completed and final projectors are being mounted. All rooms will have Apple TV's completed by the end of the week for staff use.

Description:
Fencing being installed at both locations Wednesday-Thursday next week. Landscape clearing to take place this weekend.

Amy will provide an update on building signage, including building visitor, AED and park/path signs.
