Description:
Discuss the process for approving the final budget and any issues which are different from previous BOE meeting presentation of the FY21 tentative budget. Anticipated revenues and expenditures will be presented and discussed.

II.B. 2020-21 Registration Fees Update
|
|
|
Description:
As of 9/1, we have accounted for 82% of all registration fees. Our next phase will include past-due invoices for families who have registered and still have remaining balances due. We have seen some students withdraw and we have reimbursed them for their registration fees. However, students will be charged the full amount if/when they decide to come back, not the reduced rate.

Description:
The auditors were out for the final review of District financial documents and information on August 20-21st. Aside from some supplemental documentation that has been provided, the District's part of the audit is complete. The Management Discussion & Analysis is currently being drafted. Jeff would like to attend the October meeting of the Finance Committee to present his findings.

II.E. ESSA Site-Based Reporting
|

|
Description:
As was the case last year, districts are required to submit a report to ISBE that disaggregates expenditures by site. This "Site Based Reporting" will be included on the updated Illinois School Report Card as a measure of equity. Our report was filed and is attached for your reference.
