Description:
Proposals have been received by both EMCOR and Honeywell.   We are conducting a final scope review the week of February 3.  Proposals will be presented to the committee at the March 3 meeting and Board meeting on March 11.

II.F.2. Paving Work - Bid Update
Description:
Paving Bid documents will be released week of February 3.   Amy will forward a copy to the Board once received from ARCON.   Bids are expected back February 20th, and a letter of recommendation provided to the District on February 27th.   Project will be presented to the March 3 committee meeting and March 11th Board meeting.

II.G. Landscaping Services Bid Status
Description:
We conducted a pre-bid meeting on January 30th.  Seven (7) contractors attended.  A total of  eleven (11) contractors have received bid documents to date.  Bid opening is scheduled for Friday, February 7th @ 1PM.  Bids will be evaluated and presented to the March 3 committee meeting, and the March 11 Board meeting for approval.

For the March committee meetings and Board meeting, we'll present a formal request to hire summer workers.  This is occurring a month earlier than years past because we had difficult time finding interested workers and would like to start earlier.
