II.A. IMPACT Printer and Copier Early Renewal
|

|
Description:
The Committee will discuss the early renewal proposal from IMPACT on the full fleet of District printers, copiers and the service agreement. The proposal will save the District nearly $7,000 over the next 5 years, will provide approximately 10% of the District';s fleet with new equipment and provide additional savings through the maintenance agreement and supplies included. The Tech Director, Maria Stavropoulos, has provided a recommendation memo for consideration.
This proposal is contingent upon Committee recommendation to the BOE and BOE approval at the January 9th meeting. |

Description:
The Committee will discuss the proposal for eRate consulting services with its long time consultant, Zeller and Associates. In addition, if Zeller and Associates is chosen again as the consultant, the letter of agency authorizing the consultants to work on behalf of the District will need to be completed.
