4. The Board will consider, discuss, and/or take appropriate action regarding the following:

4.A. Consider adopting the Gunter ISD Budget for 2025-2026.

4.B. Consider approval of Year End Budget Amendments and Transfer of Appropriations.

4.C. Consider approval of Renovation Cost for the Old Elementary/New Administration Offices.

5. Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et.seq. Texas Government Code, to wit;

5.A. Deliberation on the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property when
deliberation would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental
body in negotiations with a third-party person pursuant to Section 551.072 of the
Texas Government Code.

5.A.1. Review of Land Bid(s).

5.A.2. Resolutions authorizing the Superintendent or Designee to negotiate, finalize,
and execute the contract and all other documents reasonably necessary to
consummate the sale on behalf of the District; and to authorize the President of
the Board of Trustees or Designee to execute the deed of sale on behalf of the
District.

5.B. Deliberation on the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties,
discipline, or dismissal of public officer or employment pursuant to Section 551.074
of the Texas Government Code.

6. Action, if any, on items disucssed in Closed Session.

6.A. Consider accepting the Land Bid submitted for 213 N 8th Street, Gunter Texas GCADN: 151980.

6.B. Consider approval of the Resolutions authorizing the Superintendent or Designee to
negotiate, finalize, and execute the contract and all other documents reasonably
necessary to consummate the sale on behalf of the District; and to authorize the
President of the Board of Trustees or Designee to execute the deed on behalf of the
District.
