2. Hear public comments from those signing in to address the board concerning an agenda item. Complaints against employees must be handled through the college complaint policy and cannot be heard in public.

4. Consideration and action on bids for construction of softball field.

5. Consideration and action on adding artificial turf to baseball field.

6. Consideration and action for lights at the softball field.

7. Consideration and action to engage EST to design Phase II for baseball and softball complex. Phase II will include facility with locker rooms, restrooms, concession stand and storage, concrete walkways linking the fields, and paved parking lot.
