2. Hear public comments from those signing in to address the board concerning an agenda item. Complaints against employees must be handled through the college complaint policy and cannot be heard in public.

3. President's Report on budget calculations requested by Regents during Budget Workshop and tax rate information received.

4. Consideration and action to propose tax rate for 2021-2022.

5. Select two Regents to attend the Texas Success Center Board of Trustees Institute (BOTI) with the college president September 16-18, 2021 in Austin.

|
6. The Board of Regents, in accordance with Section 551.07 et.seq. of the Texas Government Code will move into Executive Session under the following provision(s) of the Act:
