To approve the private offer, per Texas Property Tax Code Section 34.05(i), of Rain Financial Services, Inc. to purchase that tract identified as "Lamar CAD No. 12932, "Martin Block Addition, Block A, Lot 1 Thru 20, NW 7th"", for $75,000.00, [Ref.: Cause No. 87473, City of Paris vs. Property Partners I, LLC]. Proceeds of sale shall be distributed, and deeds issued,per the requirements of the Texas Property Tax Code.

8. To approve the private re-sale of LCAD #39379 - "City of Paris, Block 198, Lot 15", LCAD #19538 - 'Smith's 1st Addition, Block 5, Lot 10-11-12' and LCAD #102150 - 'City of Paris, Block 44-!, Lot 4-A, Lot 4-A' to Blue Ocean Partners LLC for $2,550.
