1. POSSIBLE PRESENCE OF A QUORUM OF THE GOVERNING BOARD AT NEW TEACHER ORIENTATION
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431-02, notice is hereby given to the members of the public that a quorum of the Board may be present at one or more of the following school districts and/or community activities and events that are scheduled to occur at the times, dates and locations listed below. It is not the intention of the Board to conduct a meeting at any of the activities and events that are scheduled to occur at the times, dates and places listed below, and the Board will not take any legal action at any of these activities and events. Out of abundance of caution, however, and in the spirit of full compliance with Arizona's Open Meeting Law, notice is hereby given that a quorum of Board members may be present at one or more of the activities listed below: New Teacher Orientation
July 27-29, 2022 & August 1, 2022 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CFSD Professional Learning Center at Valley View Early Learning Center 3435 E. Sunrise Drive Tucson, AZ 85718 Information regarding the board’s agenda for the meeting may be obtained by calling 209-7537.
