1. POSSIBLE PRESENCE OF A QUORUM OF THE GOVERNING BOARD AT CATALINA FOOTHILLS HIGH SCHOOL AND
MURPHEY ADMINISTRATION CENTER Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431-02, notice is hereby given to the members of the public that a quorum of the Board may be present at one or more of the following school district and/or community activities and events that are scheduled to occur at the times, dates and locations listed below. It is not the intention of the Board to conduct a meeting at any of the activities and events that are scheduled to occur at the times, dates and places listed below, and the Board will not take any legal action at any of these activities and events.
