III. Motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(a),(c),(f) and/or (g), as appropriate, to review an appeal of a discrimination in employment complaint under School District policy.
The Board may deliberate concerning the appeal and may discuss information concerning the appellant and the appeal with legal counsel. The Board also may confer with legal counsel concerning any potential litigation related to the appeal. The Board may take action in closed session. The Board will entertain a motion to adjourn the meeting at the conclusion of the closed session and will not return to open session. |
