Section 118.38(1)(b), regarding submission of a request to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) to waive the required instructional hours pursuant to Wis. Stat. Section 121.02(1)(L) , 253.15(5) to facilitate offering a full-time virtual option for students during the 2020-2021 school year.
