I. Members of the Board and Administration will meet at 6:00 p.m. at Olson Middle School for the purpose of touring part of the facility to gather information and review existing heating equipment. Following the tour, the Board will move to the District Training Room (Grayside Elementary) for the remainder of the special meeting and workshop.

IV. Adjourn to Executive (Closed) Session in compliance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c), “Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.” [Consider proposed employment contract for high school assistant principal].

V. Reconvene in open session to consider or take action on matters that were the subject of closed session.

VI. Continuing review of information related to the Board's ongoing, in-depth study of school district facilities.
