Review and approve updated fiscal sponsor agreement/contract Current status of insurance inquiry: Our insurance company is looking into if we need any additional fiduciary coverage for us. They also shared that if the other organizations form a board or a form of governance structure that they should get their own Directors and Officers insurance. The insurance for our foundation is really only to cover us. From what they shared, if the foundation is in control of the financial activity of the program, we as a foundation is liable and our insurance will cover us. |
