Board Discussion needed on potential conflict of interest for role of Treasurer being employee of financial institution holding foundation funds. Review and discuss current draft of plan and propose edits.
Goal is to have narrative of plan final for board approval in August. Also to have narrative close to final to begin budget projections for the next three years leading to budget draft in July and approval of 2018/2019 budget in August. |
