Description:
We raised about $200 from 4 people. We had a nice little promotion, but definitely can improve upon for next year. It is difficult coming almost immediately after the Gala. It is also beneficial to offer a challenge match as an incentive. May want to discuss and consider challenge match ideas.

5. YEAR END APPEAL AND OTHER MAILINGS

Description:
At the board meeting are the Year-End Appeal Letters to everyone in our mailing list that did not attend the Gala. We need help hand addressing and stuffing the mailing. Also, THANK YOU Norma!! Norma crafted a letter to go to all the civic groups in the Co-op area asking for scholarship and/or general contributions. She will be sending out those letters.
As part of Gala wrap up, the thank you letters to those who donated auction items also need to be addressed and stuffed. Lesley is taking care of the rest of the thank you letters for Gala ticket purchases, fund a need, and other donations. |
