Consideration and possible approval of an order authorizing the issuance of the San Diego I.S.D. Unlimited Tax Qualified School Construction Bonds, Taxable Series 2013 (Direct - Pay Subsidy); Levying a tax and providing for the security, payment, and sale of the bonds in accordance with specified parameters; Entering into a purchase contract, and a paying agent/registrar agreement; Providing an effective date and other matters related thereto.
