12.A. Staff recommends approval of Ordinance 2025-06, amendments to the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO).

12.B. Staff recommends approval to advertise a public hearing for August 21st to adopt the Master Trail Plan and map.

12.C. Staff recommends approval of Financial Security Adjustment #1, 7035 Sleepy Hollow Road, in the amount of $14,131.00, leaving a balance of $1,100.00, as reviewed by HRG.
|
12.D. Staff recommends approval of Financial Security Adjustment #2, 7956 Linglestown Road - Wendy's, in the amount of $54,881.00, leaving a balance of $19,609.00, as reviewed by HRG.

13. New Business
|
13.A. Administration recommends acceptance of TLS Properties, LLC, the highest bidder for 7171 Allentown Boulevard, in the amount of $2,002,000.00, conditioned upon payment of purchase price in full within 60 days.
|
13.B. Administration recommends approval of a Public Utility Right-of-Way Agreement with UGI Utilities, Inc.
|
13.C. Administration recommends approval of Change Order S-SC-005, Sitework Construction, to relocate 1/3 of the topsoil, so PPL can set poles in the amount of $7,343.61.
|
13.D. Administration recommends approval of Change Order S-SC-006, Sitework Construction, to add two additional downspouts to the Public Works Building to allow draining to enter the storm water system vs. draining across the access road, in the amount of $7,011.64.
|
13.E. Administration recommends approval of the Builder's Risk policy to extend the new municipal complex's coverage from June 23rd through September 23rd for $4,125.00.

13.F. Administration recommends approval of C. M. High, Inc. nine Preventative Maintenance Repair Estimates totaling $10,475.58.
|
13.G. Administration recommends approval to appoint Linus Fenicle as solicitor to the Zoning Hearing Board due to the retirement of Steve Stine, our current ZHB solicitor.

13.H. Administration recommends approval of the hiring of Steven Kline to the recent full-time Public Works vacancy, to start within the next two weeks.
