12.A. Staff recommends approval of Ordinance 2025-04, administrative changes to the Zoning Ordinance.
12.B. Staff recommends approval of Ordinance 2025-05, Larry Hatter Application changes to the Zoning Ordinance.
12.C. Staff recommends approval to advertise a public hearing for June 18, 2025, to consider proposed amendments to the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance and potential enactment thereafter.
13. New Business
13.A. Administration recommends approval of Resolution 2025-29, Grant application preparation and submission for funds from the Commonwealth Financing Authority Greenways, Trails, and Recreation Program.
13.B. Authorization for H. Edward Black & Associates, Ltd. to develop specifications and advertise the paving of the new Municipal Complex.
13.C. Administration recommends approval of Change Order S-SC-002, 3 hours of snow removal services that took place on January 20, 2025, in the amount of $405.00.
13.D. Administration recommends approval of Change Order S-SC-003, Sitework Construction, for supplying and installing 6" conduit for a 4" gas main from the north side of the access drive to the sewer authority property line, i the amount of $948.74.
13.E. Administration recommends approval of Change Order S-SC-004, Sitework Construction, for the removal of excess spoils from all prime contracts in the amount of $19,873.94.
13.F. Administration recommends approval of HIG's proposal to pull 94 cat 6 cables to 47 different locations; install 94 keystones with a 2-port cover plate; install three 48-port patch panels in the new data rack; and pull a cat 6 to 110 wireless access points in the amount of $34,757.84.
13.G. Administration recommends approval of HIG's proposal to install 4 Prox card readers and 1 Prox card reader/keypad in various locations; install 1 cloud node in the network room; install a 4-door access panel in the network room; and install a 2-door access panel near the wash bay in the amount of $10,195.60.
13.H. Administration recommends _____________ fill the vacancy left for the resignation of Don Steinmeier from the Board of Supervisors.
