13.A. Administration recommends approval of the Dauphin County Countywide Action Plan Block Grant Subaward Cooperation Agreement.
13.B. Consideration to recommend to the Planning Commission and the Dauphin County Planning Commission and schedule a public hearing on Thursday, April 17th at 6 p.m. and advertise the public hearing for Ordinance 2025-04, amending certain sections of Ordinance 2023-07.
13.C. Consideration to recommend to the Planning Commission and the Dauphin County Planning Commission and schedule a public hearing on Thursday, April 17th at 6 p.m. and advertise the public hearing for Ordinance 2025-05, amending certain sections of Ordinance 2023-07.
13.D. Administration recommends approval of Change Order #A-GC-007, a credit to correct eci Construction's overhead and profit in conformance with the contract documents for the previously approved Change Orders A-GC-001 and A-GC-002 in the amount of $714.00 for the Administration Building.
13.E. Administration recommends approval of Change Order #PW-GC-005, eci Construction, to add a 24'X12" L-700-RX louver in door 1/106 per RFI-013 in the amount of $584.00 at the Public Works Complex.
13.F. Administration recommends approval of Change Order #PW-GC-006, eci Construction, adding 3 additional W8X24 primed steel outrigger beams and field cut cantilevered deck edge from column line 1 to 4 on "Q" line per RDI-029 in the amount of $7,282.00, at the Public Works Complex.
13.G. Administration requests approval of Change Order #PW-GC-007, eci Construction, adding interior office walls for room 101, 102 and 103 per ASI-001, Alternate A2 in the amount of $24,330.00 at the Public Works Complex.
