12.A. Action needs to be taken for a Conditional Use Application for 80 Hershey Road, Lattuca, as discussed during the Public Hearing at the start of this meeting.
12.B. Staff recommends approval of Financial Security Adjustment #1, 7956 Linglestown Road, Wendy's, in the amount of $522,422.00, leaving a balance of $74,490.00 as reviewed by HRG.
13. New Business
13.A. Administration recommends the approval of ECI Construction Change Order #A-CG-002, increasing the original contract sum by $13,266.00 to use thicker gauge Z-Furring on the building as the installation of this material is on the exterior of the building. Z-Furring are metal strips used to hold rigid foam insulation in place and is applied to concrete or CMU walls. The Architect agreed with the recommendation and advised the contractor to proceed with the thicker gauge.
13.B. Administration recommends the approval of the purchase and installation of woodcarpet for all play sites in the parks from River Valley Landscapes (PA Costars vendor) in the amount of $14,800.00. The funds will come from the Parks Repair and Maintenance budget line.
13.C. Accept the resignation of Sue Boyne from a part-time Parks & Recreation position.
