13.A. Staff recommends the approval of Financial Security Adjustment #2, 889 Shawnee Drive, in the amount of $2,657.00. This will leave a balance of $2,200.00, as reviewed by HRG.
13.B. Staff recommends the approval of Financial Security Adjustment #2, 7801 Allentown Boulevard - Dollar General, in the amount of $26,269.00. This will leave a balance of $58,800.00, as reviewed by HRG.
14. Administration recommends approval of Resolution 2024-33, Agricultural Security Area, 820 N. Fairville Avenue.

15.A. Administration recommends the approval of advertising, and making available for public review, the 2025 Tenative Budget.
15.B. Administration recommends scheduling a public hearing on Thursday, February 20th at 6 p.m. and advertising the public hearing for a draft of the West Hanover Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO).
15.C. Administration recommends approval of Michael Baker's proposal for the WHT Comprehensive Plan Update, not to exceed $77,615.00.
15.D. Administration recommends approval of the proposal from Higher Information Group to provide cabling, audio visual and security solutions for the new municipal complex in the amount of $86,251.16. This amount is less than the budgeted amount.
15.E. Administration recommends approval of a Change Order from JDI Site Solutions, LLC, to increase the contract sum by $10,700.00 to install, rent and remove chain link fencing at the Bucks Tavern site.
15.F. Administration recommends approval of the request by Fine Line Homes to review and dismiss one of the comments made by HRG on a recent inspection for the dedication of the street in Mayberry Phase 2, regarding removing and replacing thirteen saw cut driveway depressions.
15.G. Administration recommends approval of the revised Grant of Easement and Assignment of Lease Agreement between Crown Castle Towers 09 LLC and West Hanover Township.
15.H. Administration recommends approval of the Second Amendment to Land Lease Agreement between West Hanover township and Cellco Partnership d/b/a/ Verizon Wireless.
