11.A. Staff recommends approval of the Final Subdivision & Land Development Plan for Clover Hill with the following waivers:
1) Section 173-32.E.(1) Public water required for a subdivision with three or more lots if within 1000" of existing public water system.
2) Section 173-67.A. Traffic Impact Study.
3) Approval of the final Subdivision & Land Development Plan

 
11.B. Staff recommends approval of Financial Security Adjustment #3, Mayberry Phase 1, in the amount of $77,819.00, leaving a balance of $23,215.50.
11.C. Staff recommends approval of Financial Security Adjustment #6, Landis Crossing, in the amount of $167,631.00, leaving a balance of $55,406.00.
11.D. Staff recommends approval of the final Financial Security Adjustment for Brookview Phase V, in the amount of $413.00.00, there will be no balance.
12. New Business
12.A. Administration recommends approval of Resolution 2024-30, Adopting a Right-to-Know law policy better providing for administration of received requests.
12.B. Consideration to recommend to the Planning Commission and the Dauphin County Planning Commission and schedule a public hearing on Thursday, November 21 at 6 p.m. and advertise the public hearing for Ordinance 2024-02, amending Zoning Ordinance 2023-07.
12.C. Consideration to recommend to the Planning Commission and the Dauphin County Planning Commission and schedule a public hearing on Thursday, November 21 at 6 p.m. and advertise the public hearing for a Draft of the West Hanover Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. 
12.D. Administration recommends approval of the Crown Castle Easement Purchase Agreement.
12.E. Administration recommends approval to accept HRG's proposal to perform a Comprehensive Trail Network Feasibility Study, in the amount of $115,000.00, as recommended by the Trail Committee.
12.F. Administration recommends approval of the selection of Rettew for well permitting and construction at Mt. Laurel Park in the amount of $37,750.00.
