11.A. Administration recommends the approval of G&R Excavating & Demolition to demo Bucks Tavern at a cost of $26,900.00.
12. Zoning & Planning
12.A. Staff recommends approval of Financial Security Adjustment #2, The Townes at Briar Creek Phase 1, in the amount of $97,243.00, leaving a balance of $148,845.00.
12.B. Staff recommends approval of 24.001 Wendy's Final Land Development Plan as reviewed by HRG.
12.C. Staff recommends approval of Resolution 2024-29, Deed of Dedication for Beaver Creek Road in Brook View, Phase 5.
13. New Business
13.A. Administration recommends the purchase of a 2028 Pierce Enforcer Pumper for the Fire Company, at a cost of $1,439,012.00. The cost would be $1,418,852.00 if paid 90 days prior to the engine completion date. Staff is recommending that the Township does not prepay due to restrictions involving the grant that we are currently waiting for a potential award.
13.B. Administration recommends approval of the extension of the cell tower agreement at the Public Works facility.
13.C. Consideration and administration recommends advertisement for a new Public Works full-time employee, as budgeted.
13.D. Administration recommends approval of Lenker Park Electrical/Lighting Upgrade bid by CadeCor Scott Electric, a Costars vendor, in the amount of $16,181.00. Funds will be from Parks Repair and Maintenance budget line.
13.E. Administration recommends authorization to the Parks & Recreation Board to move forward with developing a Park Master Plan for Mt. Laurel Community Park.
13.F. Administration recommends approval of C.M. High, Inc. recommended replacement and repair of multiple items in the amount of $11,575.63.
13.G. Administration recommends approval of an application from PA American Water Company for four fire hydrants in the Clover Lee development.
