14.A. Administration recommends approval of Ordinance 2024-01, Amending Certain Sections of Zoning Ordinance 2023-07.
14.B. Administration recommends the approval of a Builders Risk Coverage Quote with Chubb in the amount of $16,995.00 for 12 months of coverage, for the new construction of the new municipal complex.
14.C. Administration recommends the approval for the proposal from Triad Engineering, Inc. to provide construction observation and testing services for the new municipal complex, in the amount of $45,646.00.
14.D. Administration recommends the approval of the bid package for the sale of 7171 Allentown Boulevard.
14.E. Administration recommends the submission of PennDOT form M-950AA, Applicant’s Authorization for Agent to Apply for Highway Occupancy Permit which will allow for minor improvements to parallel drainage (inlets and pipes) within PennDOT’s right-of-way regarding the Prologis project along Linglestown Road.
 
14.F. Administration recommends approval of a letter to PennDOT confirming the overall stormwater design for the Prologis site generally meets Township standards.
 
14.G. Administration recommends approval for West Hanover Cub Scout Pack #361 to perform community service by helping beautify the front of the Administration Building by weeding the front flower beds in exhange for $500.00 from the Township to help them purchase much needed items as they are a new Pack.
