Description:
MIKE as we are winding down the zoning ordinance modernization. Look into the S/LD as well. Planning 101 says do the comp plan first, ours is current so we can move forward. NOTHING to do with the zoning modernization - we said amendment so that we didn't need a new contract. 

still waiting on tricounty. Meeting with PC still ongoing - exact timing is not known. If everything moves as it should, the target date is september. First meeting could be all for the public hearing.
