8.A. Consideration of Financial Security Adjustment #3 for Winslett Phase #6 in the amount of $26,609.80, bringing the remaining balance to $90,402.92, as reviewed by HRG.
8.B. Consideration of Financial Security Adjustment #4 for Winslett Phase #7 in the amount of $54,849.92, bringing the remaining balance to $28,998.20, as reviewed by HRG.
8.C. Consideration of Financial Security Adjustment #1 for 7110 Sterling Road, Lot #13 in the amount of $20,464, bringing the remaining balance to $5,155, as reviewed by HRG.
9. New Business
9.A. Authorization to advertise for a new trash/recycling services bid
9.B. Consideration to approve Change Order #1 to reconcile the installed quantity vs the bid quantity. This resulted in a cost decrease of $20,932.87, and to approve the final payment for the 2022 Township paving project in the amount of $37,002.08
9.C. Authorization to allow HRG to advertise West Hanover Township's 2023 paving projects on Penn Bid
9.D. Consideration to approve a proposal from C. M. High, Inc. to furnish and install a new pedestrian pole at I-81 and Route 39, at the cost of $9,600.
9.E. Consideration to authorize HRG to modify the traffic signal permit to have the pedestrian pole (mentioned in Item C, above) moved to the other side of the island, at a cost not to exceed $3,000
9.F. Consideration to hire Keenan Curry as a part-time Public Works employee effective January 24
