10.C. Consideration of Financial Security Adjustment #1 for The Townes at Briar Creek Phase 1 in the amount of $406,260, bringing the remaining balance to $246,088, as reviewed by HRG

11.A. Consideration to approve the 2023 Annual Pension Minimum Municipal Obligation (MMO)
11.B. Introduction to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for the Creation and Implementation of the Dauphin County Regional Water Resource Enhancement Program
11.C. Consideration to approve Resolution 2022-43, approving the WHT Water and Sewer Authority to provide services to properties in Phase VI of the Creekvale Residential Development, located in East Hanover Township
11.D. Consideration to approve the construction of a permanent barbecue pit for fundraising on the property of 628 Walnut Avenue. The pit will be paid entirely by the West Hanover Township Lions Club.
11.E. Consideration to approve appointment of Samuel Smith to seat #9 (alternate) on the Parks & Recreation Board
