The Board of Education for the Farmington Municipal Schools will meet in executive session pursuant and take action pursuant to Section 10-15-1(H)(2) and (3) of the Open Meetings Act on a personnel matter pursuant to Section 22-10A-24 of the School Personnel Act, in order to conduct a personnel hearing regarding the termination of the employment of one, Mr. Casey Conrad.

7. Possible Action Item:

7.a. Upon completion of the executive session to conduct a personnel hearing, the Board will reenter open session to take formal action on the termination of Mr. Conrad or continue the meeting.
