The Rules Governing Maternity Leave Cost Sharing were approved to be released for public comment by the State Board of Education on June 12, 2025. The public comment period began on July 12, 2025, and ended on August 11, 2025. The Division requests the State Board of Education's final approval of the rule.

OEC is requesting approval to transfer all 60 ABC slots previously assigned to the Mansfield ABC agency to the Mansfield School District. The Mansfield School District is currently in the process of purchasing the Mansfield ABC building and, pending approval, will become a new ABC agency.
