IV.1. Request for Open Enrollment Charter School Amendment - Future School Fort Smith

Description:
On October 14, 2015, the Charter Authorizing Panel approved the application for Future School of Fort Smith.  The charter is approved to serve students in grades 10-12 with a maximum enrollment of 450. Representatives of Future School of Fort Smith are appearing before the Charter Authorizing Panel to request an amendment to the current charter.

On October 15, 2014, the Charter Authorizing Panel approved the application for Capital City Lighthouse Charter School.  The charter is approved to serve students in grades K-12 with a maximum enrollment of 750.  Representatives of Capital City Lighthouse Charter School are appearing before the Charter Authorizing Panel to request an amendment to the current charter.
