4.A. Consider All Matters related to Financial, including but not limited to reports, finances, and/or proposals.
4.A.1. Consider Approval of the Budget Amendment: This amendment displays any necessary budget amendments that should be made due to spending patterns. By law, the District may not exceed the budget amount within “Function” code without prior approval of the Board.
4.A.2. Consider Adoption of the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year Budget. The development, review, and consideration of the 2020-2021 Governmental Fund Budgets (the General Fund, the Child Nutrition, the Debt Service Fund), were completed with a detailed review of  revenue and expenditure items within the context of the District’s Mission Statement, Strategic Goals, Operational Goals, Performance Objectives, and Board Policy.
4.A.3. Consider Approval of Resolution #20-001 for Fund Balances. Fund balance categories will be established in accordance with GASB 54.
4.B. Consider All Matters Incident and/or related to Public Officers and Employees, including but not limited to, Contract Resignations, Hiring, Assignments, Allocations, and Salaries.
4.B.1. Consider Approval of the Student Handbook and Code of Conduct:  The Student Handbook and Code of Conduct is presented for Board approval.
4.B.2. Consider Approval of the Castleberry High School Associate Principal Contract Recommendation:  The Superintendent of Schools will present recommendation to the Board of Education for approval of Melissa Knittel, Castleberry High School, Associate Principal. 
4.C. Consider All Matters related to Teaching, Learning, and Innovation, including, but not limited to reports, finances, and/or proposals.
4.C.1. Consider Approval of the JJAEP Memorandum of Understanding: A Memorandum of Understanding with Tarrant County Juvenile Services is attached to provide services for students who are expelled from Castleberry ISD for the 2020-2021 academic year.
4.D. Consider All Matters related to Student Services/Auxiliary Services, including but not limited to reports, finances, and/or proposals.
4.D.1. Consider Approval of Contracted Services Performed by McKinstry: McKinstry Company, LLC designs, builds, operates, and maintains facility systems for buildings. The Company provides consultancy, construction, and facility services for residential, commercial, healthcare, government, education, industrial, hospitality, and retail sectors in the United States.

5.A.1. CISD will apply for the 2020-2021 Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Grant. CISD has been allocated $928,076.00 from the Texas Education Agency.

5.B.1. Introduction of the new Irma Marsh Middle School Principal, Karelyn Foley-Roberts.
