6.A.2. Consider Approval of the Irma Marsh Middle School Principal Contract Recommendation: The Superintendent of Schools will present recommendation to the Board of Education for approval of the Irma Marsh Middle School Principal.

6.B.1. Consider Approval of Skyward Annual License Fee for 2020-2021 in the amount of $62,312.00. The Skyward license fee covers the software used by the District for Student Records, Family Access, PEIMS, Finance and Human Resources and other programs.

6.C. Consider All Matters related to Teaching, Learning, and Innovation, including, but not limited to reports, finances, and/or proposals.

6.C.1. Consider Approval of the 2020-2021 Intersessional School Calendar: The attached calendar outlines school holidays, intersessional/remote learning instructional days, teacher preparation days, teacher professional learning days, instructional days, and ADSY half days.
