Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, the Board will consult with legal counsel regarding legal issues related to the events at Robb Elementary School and legal issues pertaining to a Board Resolution related to providing the Superintendent Authorization to act during the ongoing situation.

5.A. Consider and Take Possible Action Concerning Approval of Personnel Employments, Assignments, Suspensions, and Terminations.
