Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with the District's attorney concerning legal issues related to terminations of probationary contracts at the end of the contract period. Pursuant to Section 551.129 of the Texas Government Code, the consultation may take place by telephonic conference during the course of the meeting.

4.C. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, deliberations concerning proposed termination of the probationary contracts of three certified classroom teachers, a speech pathologist, and an assistant speech pathologist.

Code, consultation with the District's attorney concerning legal issues related to proposed non-renewal of the term contract of the Excel Academy principal.
