13.A. Deliberations Concerning Renewal of Professional Personnel Contracts

13.B. Deliberations Concerning Approval of Personnel Employments, Assignments and Suspensions.
|

13.C. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with the District's attorney concerning legal issues related to non-renewal hearings regarding term contract employees, including selection of counsel to advise the Board in any non-renewal hearing, and terminations of probationary contracts at the end of the contract period, and the results of the accounting invesgation involving the UCISD Activity Fund Handbook and Excel Academy funds. Pursuant to Sec. 551.129 of the Texas Government Code, the consultation may take place by telephonic conference during the course of the meeting.

Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, deliberations concerning proposed non-renewals of term contract teachers, the termination of the probationary contracts of teachers, and the duties and evaluation of Excel Academy staff, including the Principal, as set out in the accounting investigation involving the UCISD Activity Fund Handbook and Excel Academy funds. To the extent to the accounting investigation report does not identify and include information involving specific employees, the report will be presented and discussed in Open Session.
