9.B. The Board will discuss a proposed Agreed Consent Decree designed to resolve the pending Motion to compel compliance with Plaintiffs' Motion to Enforce Consent Order and for Further Relief previously filed in the case of Morales v. Shannon.
10. Reconvene from Closed Session for Action Relevant to Items Covered During Closed Session and Other Items as Listed.
