12.D. Consultation with District’s attorney regarding legal issues concerning Sections 6.22 and 6.30 of the Texas Tax Code and the Interlocal Agreement for Tax Assessment and Collection Services dated January 1, 1994 to which the District is currently a party, privileged matters in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts
13. Reconvene from Closed Session for Action Relevant to Items Covered During Closed Session and Other Items as Listed.
13.A. Consider and Take Possible Action on Personnel Employments, Assignments and Suspensions.
13.B. Consider and Take Possible Action to adopt a Resolution terminating or continuing the District’s participation in the Interlocal Agreement for Tax Assessment and Collection Services dated January 1, 1994. 

If, action is taken to terminate the Interlocal Agreement in Item 13 B. the Board will:
13.C. Consider and Take Possible Action to authorize the Superintendent or Board President to take any action necessary, subject to approval of counsel, to terminate the District’s participation in the Interlocal Agreement for Tax Assessment and Collection Services dated January 1, 1994, including notification of the parties to the Contract and the Uvalde County Appraisal District of its withdrawal from the Agreement.
13.D. Consider and Take Possible Action to elect to invoke the District’s right under Tax Code 6.22(c) to have the Uvalde County Appraisal District assess and collect the District’s taxes and to authorize the Superintendent or Board President to take any action necessary, subject to approval of counsel, to notify the Uvalde County Appraisal District of such election.
13.E. Consider and Take Possible Action to authorize the Superintendent or Board President to take any action necessary, subject to approval of counsel, to notify the Uvalde County Appraisal District of the District’s intent to select and hire its own counsel to enforce collection of its delinquent taxes.
13.F. Consider and Take Possible Action to authorize the Superintendent to immediately issue an RFP seeking proposals by qualified counsel to enforce collection of its delinquent taxes on behalf of the District, to evaluate the proposals, and make a recommendation to the Board of the top two most qualified proposers for final selection by the Board at the next Board meeting.
