V.B. Discuss and consider appointing Robert Cody to represent Sulphur Springs ISD on the Hopkins County Appraisal District Board of Directors for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2025.
V.C. Discuss and consider appointing Ricky Reynolds to represent Sulphur Springs ISD on the Hopkins County Appraisal District Board of Directors for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2025. 
VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Executive Session will be held for the purpose of consideration of matters for which closed or executive sessions are authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Section (.071), (.072), (.074), (.076)
VI.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, private consultation with the board’s attorney.
 
VI.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property as deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the District in negotiations with a third person.
VI.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074; discuss personnel to be employed, personnel to be reassigned, acknowledge and accept resignations of personnel, other personnel matters
VI.D. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.076, to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices.
 
VII. RECONVENE FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR ACTION RELATIVE TO ITEMS COVERED DURING EXECUTIVE SESSION.
