Matters raised cannot be deliberated or acted upon until properly placed on a future agenda. Comments that are irrelevant, repetitious, slanderous, offensive, inflammatory, willfully disruptive or deemed personal attacks will not be permitted. A "request to speak" card must be completed & submitted to the Health Insurance Chair before Public Input is opened. (This item for discussion only. No action may be taken at this time. A time limit of 3 minutes per person or 5 minutes for the spokesperson for a group may be imposed.)

Recommended Action: That the committee approves teh Executive Session Meeting Minutes for January 15, 2020, with corrections if needed. That the committee makes a decision regarding any other items in the executive session.
